UF’s Amazing Campaign Aided by Americans for Informed Democracy

Over the spring semester, UAEM's chapter at University of Florida worked closing with Americans for Informed Democracy (AID) in conceiving and carrying out a tremendous campaign that has truly pushed the school closer to adopting a licensing policy that would improve access to medicines in the developing world. The chapter received training, financial support and a camera to film it all as part of AID's Rights Camera Action program.

Check out a video covering the campaign below.

AID is offering $200 minigrants to carry out similar campaigns at other campuses. To find out more and apply check out AID's web site here: http://aidemocracy.org/rcareplicates.php. Many thanks to AID for their tremendous support.
